Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley opened up about the demise of their friendship after Tuesday night’s premiere episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills saw them at odds.

RHOBH’s Kyle Richards on What “Sealed the Deal” With Dorit Kemsley, Accuses Dorit of “Mistreating” Her and Shades Her as “Low” Over Leaked Text as Dorit Talks Final Straw and If She Has Regrets

As Kyle, 55, spoke of how Dorit, 48, “mistreated” her and Dorit accused Kyle of making a “mortifying” and “embarrassing” claim about their relationship, the women looked back on Dorit’s leaking of Kyle’s text at the season 13 reunion and Erika Jayne, 53, and Sutton Stracke, 53, commented on their feud.

“[My expectations] were pretty low [going into my conversation with Dorit], I have to say, because after I saw her read my text at the reunion, I thought, ‘OK, I’m not dealing with the person I thought Dorit was.’ That sealed the deal. So my expectations were low,” Kyle explained on the November 19 episode of the RHOBH: After Show.

“But I wasn’t expecting her to be that aggressive,” she added, especially since “she knows I actually did not do anything to her.”

Reflecting on where their friendship went south, Kyle said it started at BravoCon.

“I don’t have another friend that would do the things that she did at BravoCon,” Kyle noted. “Questioning me crying about my husband [Mauricio Umansky], who I’ve literally been with [for] 30 years. I’m sorry that you don’t shed a tear about your husband [Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley], but guess what? That really affected me. And then also, [saying Kathy Hilton was] your favorite Richards sister.”

After Kyle noted that Dorit had been consistently doing “little things” that added up, Erika pointed out that Dorit “would say the same about” Kyle.

Still, Kyle insisted that she only acted out against Dorit “after she was mistreating [her] as a friend.”

“But what led her to do those things to me to start with?” Kyle wondered. “She didn’t sleep with my husband. I didn’t sleep with her husband. It wasn’t huge like that. But she just put herself in another category, and then the text, I was like, ‘I’m out.’ That’s just not a friend. You just sealed the deal for me.”

In her own segment, Dorit admitted that she didn’t get everything off her chest at the reunion.

“Coming into this season, it was like … No better time like the present,” she recalled. “I knew that I wanted to talk about it.”

According to Dorit, a lot of things that Kyle had done had bothered her.

“There was her declaration that I exaggerated our friendship over the years. It not only makes me sound cuckoo, it’s mortifying. It’s embarrassing. It’s shocking. Thirsty, pathetic, and also, it said to me, ‘Oh, this girl. She doesn’t give a f*ck about me,'” she stated. “When I talk about the straw that broke the camel’s back, this was it.”

As for Erika, she felt that Kyle and Dorit’s feud was amplified by the fact that they were both facing marital problems amid their drama.

“Their relationships at home were so stressed that everything meant something more than it should’ve and the friendship gets lost in all of that,” she explained.

Moving on to Dorit’s leaking of her text, Kyle shaded her co-star as “[low].”

“I have never spoken badly about her behind her back. In public, I always say, ‘Oh, she has the biggest heart and she’s been misunderstood.’ I’ve only spoken kindly about her and shared very private things with her,” Kyle noted, sharing that she didn’t realize what Dorit had done until filming wrapped.

“I left the reunion that day and I had given her a hug and I said, ‘I really want to talk and see you,’ and I was like, ‘I feel so much better that we’re on our way to fixing things,’” she revealed. “Then I saw that clip for the reunion, and I felt, like, ‘Who is that girl?’ I even said, ‘That’s the lowest thing I’ve ever seen somebody do on this show.’ I actually texted that to her.”

While Dorit accused Kyle of trying to buy her silence, Kyle said she simply didn’t want Dorit to feel ganged up on since she knew Crystal Kung-Minkoff, 41, would be coming for her.

Still, Dorit called out the suspicious timing of the message.

“You don’t answer texts, you don’t have any communication. The day before the reunion … After you’ve already declared [that we aren’t friends], I get this loving text message of, ‘Oh, whatever issues we have, let’s just not talk about it tomorrow.’ You f*cking [went] too far and you [crossed] a [line].”

“I don’t regret it at all,” she added. “I don’t.”

Also on the RHOBH: After Show, Sutton denied that Kyle’s pre-reunion text was “manipulative” and shaded Dorit’s leaking of the message as “vindictive.”

“It shows who Dorit is. Y’all go back to this fact: That’s who she is. You think you can trust her? You cannot,” she stated.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
