During a court appearance between their lawyers on Friday, which was related to the temporary restraining order Denise was granted against Aaron last month, it was alleged that the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had video evidence of Aaron, 52, leaving the home with her laptop.

According to an August 8 report from TMZ, Denise did not appear in court, nor did Aaron. However, Aaron, who denied stealing the computer, was seen via Zoom.

The outlet also confirmed that the video was not seen during the hearing, as it noted that Denise and Aaron were expected back in court on September 8.

In other RHOBH news, Bravo executives are reportedly concerned that the network will be brought into Denise and Aaron’s legal battle.

“They’re terrified that the cameras caught something,” a production insider told the National Enquirer on August 11. “Bravo is concerned that if even a hint of this behavior was captured on camera during filming, it could be in trouble for allowing it to take place on the network’s watch.”

“The legal department is on high alert. They are reviewing all Denise-related materials and production notes immediately. They know the stakes,” the source added, noting that Bravo fears that the unaired footage could be subpoenaed as evidence in the case.

As fans well know, the network is already in the midst of court battles with Leah McSweeney, 42, who accused producers of encouraging her to relapse, and Caroline Manzo, 63, who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Brandi Glanville, 52, during filming on the Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.

“It’s like everything is crashing down at once,” one Bravo employee explained. “Getting dragged into Denise’s divorce is the last thing they need or want.”

It was also suggested that fans have grown upset with Bravo’s failure to speak out against Aaron amid Denise’s claims of abuse.

“The network hasn’t issued a formal statement,” another insider shared. “They’re scared that anything they say could be used against them later in court!”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
