Robert Griffin III Has A Strong Belief About The Jets This Season

The New York Jets may be on the verge of a massive season for their franchise.

Robert Griffin III attends the 44th Annual Sports Emmy Awards at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center on May 22, 2023 in New York City.

After a difficult 2023 season that saw their prized quarterback in Aaron Rodgers go down for the season after just four snaps due to an Achilles tear, hope is renewed for 2024.

Rodgers is back healthy, and the team has revamped multiple positions to bolster the roster.

ESPN analyst and former Pro Bowl quarterback Robert Griffin III recently talked about what the Jets can do with a healthy and consistent Aaron Rodgers this season.

“If (Aaron Rodgers) plays like a top-10 quarterback, I think the Jets win the Super Bowl,” Griffin said on Get Up.

With a healthy Rodgers, this team has an opportunity to do some special things.

Remember, the former Green Bay Packers is a four-time MVP and a Super Bowl MVP.

He is one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history because of his talent, his numbers, and his ability to lead.

The Jets haven’t had much success in the quarterback department seeing as their last quarterback to lead them on a deep playoff run was Mark Sanchez.

But now, this team has a chance with Rodgers.

Around him, he has some quality skill players in back-to-back 1,000-yard wide receiver Garrett Wilson and big-play threat Mike Williams.

Running back Breece Hall is also a dangerous player out of the backfield.

The additions of veteran offensive tackles such as Tyron Smith and Morgan Moses will help out the line too.

Defensively, led by Pro Bowl players such as linebacker C.J. Mosley and cornerback Sauce Gardner, this unit is stout at every level.

If everything comes together, the sky can be the limit for this Jets team.
