Robert Griffin III Makes His Opinion On Jayden Daniels Very Clear

The Washington Commanders had been in turmoil for years before they took quarterback Jayden Daniels with the No. 2 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The franchise hasn't had a winning season since 2015, when they went 9-7, and Daniels has now led Washington to an 8-5 record while currently holding a wild card spot

Daniels is now seen as a savior for the organization and recently received some high praise from Robert Griffin III, who played in Washington from 2012 to 2014, winning Offensive Rookie of the Year and making a Pro Bowl in 2012.

That was also the last year the Commanders had won 10 games in a season.

On Thursday, Griffin joined "Good Morning Football" and was asked about the young quarterback.

"Jayden Daniels has already proven in less than a year that he is the franchise quarterback for the Washington Commanders," he said.

If that is the case, and the Commanders can get everything they can from Daniels, they'll be in good hands.

This season, through the air, he has accumulated 252 completions, 2,819 yards, 15 touchdowns, 6 interceptions and a 99.4 passer rating.

Another good chunk of his production has also come while rushing with 590 yards and 6 touchdowns.
