The New Orleans Saints are hosting defensive lineman Jonathan Bullard for a visit, per Mike Garafolo.
The #Saints are hosting veteran DL Jonathan Bullard on a visit today, source says. A starter the past three seasons with the #Vikings, Bullard has history with Brandon Staley, as the two were together in 2017-18 with the #Bears. pic.twitter.com/Xeyr791bWf

Bullard played four seasons at the University of Florida. During his collegiate career, he earned 12 sacks, including a breakout 6.5-sack season in 2015 that saw his draft stock skyrocket.
Bullard, 31, was drafted in the third round by the Chicago Bears in the 2016 draft. Throughout his nine-year career, Bullard has accumulated 6.5 sacks, including a two-sack season in 2023 with the Minnesota Vikings.
At 6-foot-3 and 290 pounds, Bullard could fit in at defensive end in the Saints 3-4 defense. The 9-year veteran has the ideal size and length to play on the outside and adds depth to the defensive line for New Orleans. With experience in Brandon Staley’s system in 2017-18 with the Chicago Bears, it makes sense for the Saints to look towards Bullard’s direction to add to their defensive line room.
