Saquon Barkley Posts 3-Word Message After Super Bowl

On Friday, the Eagles held their Super Bowl parade, with tons of fans making their way to the Philadelphia Museum of Art to witness the new champs as they took the stage on the famous "Rocky" steps.

During the festivities, Barkley also showed his appreciation for the city that welcomed him with open arms in his first year with the team.

Following the parade, Barkley posted on social media to add to the celebration. Along with a highlight reel showcasing his journey in the NFL, big plays, workout sessions and personal moments, the Eagles running back wrote, "SUPER BOWL CHAMPION" along with a check emoji.

It has certainly been a long journey for Saquon Barkley before he reached Super Bowl glory. He spent the first six years of his career with the New York Giants, but unfortunately, they only made it to the playoffs once during that span.

In the 2024 offseason, Barkley made the decision to leave the New York franchise and join the Eagles on a three-year, $37.75 million deal. That proved to be the best move he made in his career, as Barkley quickly made an impact on Philadelphia en route to bagging the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Barkley was a key piece in the Eagles' Super Bowl run, as he tallied 2,005 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns during the season and additional 499 yards and five touchdowns on the ground in the playoffs.
