Alison Pill hasn't been seen in the Star Trek franchise since her character on Star Trek: Picard, Dr. Agnes Jurati, joined with the Borg Queen to stop an invasion. The combined pair created the first Borg Queen that ever worked with the Federation instead of against it. That was at the end of the second season of Picard. The third season of the series focused on bringing in more of the characters from Star Trek: The Next Generation and didn't have the budget to include the original Picard stars. So Dr. Jurati didn't return, but that doesn't mean Alison Pill isn't open to jumping back into the universe.
When speaking with Screenrant about her new role in Young Werther, she was asked whether she was on retainer for Star Trek so that she could be called if she was needed. "No, there's no retainer," she said, "but I would happily revisit Jurati Borg Queen any time."
Is there a possibilty of the Jurati Borg Queen returning? Without knowing anything behind the scenes, I can still say yes because Star Trek is about possibilities. Just when you thought you might have seen the last of a character like Star Trek: Voyager's Harry Kim [Garrent Wang], Star Trek: Lower Decks brings him back. And decades had passed since we last saw him whereas Dr. Jurati hasn't been gone from Star Trek that long.
I think as long as Star Trek is on the air, the Borg will be an enemy to contend with. I don't believe for once second these foes were finally defeated for good in the Picard finale. In fact, I won't be surprised if we see a semblance of them pop up in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds much like they did in Star Trek: Enterprisse. If they do come back, perhaps, at one point, it will be in the form of the quasi-friendly Borg Queen that joined with Dr. Jurati.
