Serena Williams looked stylish while attending an intimate afternoon cocktail reception hosted by Evan Ross in London on Thursday.
For the event, which took place at the Vesper Bar at The Dorchester, the tennis icon opted for a pair of leather strappy sandals from Jimmy Choo, which featured a set of straps that crossed along the upper region of her foot. The rounded-toe silhouette was completed with a slim, short heel that measured between 2 and 3 inches in height. Her choice of strappy sandals is in line with what many celebrities have been opting for in their appearances lately.
Many brands, such as Stuart Weitzman, Chanel and Gucci, offer a wide range of strappy sandals with varying heel heights throughout the season. As for the rest of her outfit, Williams opted for a tan paneled silk dress, which she accessorized with black bangles and a pair of black sunglasses.
Williams always delivers in the fashion department. For her appearance at the 2025 Time100 Gala in New York City in April, she was seen wearing a black off-the-shoulder dress from Stella McCartney that featured a cutout design on the front.
Pairing her ensemble with sheer black opera gloves, she accessorized her look with a chunky diamond necklace, matching diamond earrings and a silver diamond watch. Her blonde locks were pulled into a sleek ponytail style, and she showcased a '90s-style makeup look with a red lip and purple eyeshadow.
Her shoe choice for the evening consisted of a pair of the Condora Strap pumps from Christian Louboutin, which is designed in a slingback style, and emphasized by a pointed-toe upper. Crafted with leather, the shoes are characterized by the brand's signature red bottom, and a sharp heel estimated to be in-between 4-to-5 inches in height.
