"What's the most important trait of a quarterback? Consistency. Look at the last four years," Sanders said. "I am the best quarterback in the draft. I check all boxes. I am the one guy. I'm a Sanders, they came for me."
Coach Prime, a/k/a Deion, who coached Shedeur since he was a child, gave his opinion on why his son is the best quarterback in the draft. He thinks he should be the first player off the board.
"He's been bred for this. He's a darn Sanders," Deion Sanders said. "That comes with ridicule and ignorance and adolescence. We are built for this. If there is anybody built for this moment, built to go to a team that's really not good and take it to the next level, it's him."
Miami's Cam Ward seems likely to be the QB who goes at No. 1, to Tennessee. And then?
Cleveland could definitely use an infusion of energy in its offense, but there are still almost three weeks left until the draft and the Browns still seem to be gung ho on Penn State's edge rusher Abdul Carter.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out on draft night.
