What Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3's Episode Titles Could Mean

Some Are Obvious, Some Are Mysterious

Some episode titles are clear, given what is already known about Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3. "Hegemony, Part II" is the conclusion of the Gorn crisis from Strange New Worlds season 2's finale cliffhanger. "Four-And-A-Half Vulcans" is the episode that was previewed during San Diego Comic-Con 2024 last July, where Captain Pike and members of the Starship Enterprise crew are turned into Vulcans. "Through The Lens Of Time" might be a time-travel episode. Guesses for what the other episode titles can be made from Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3's teaser trailer,

Other Star Trek: Strange New Worlds episode titles are intriguingly mysterious. "Wedding Bell Blues" could tie into how Nurse Christine Chapel (Jess Bush) wears an engagement ring when she's in bed with Spock. "A Space Adventure Hour" may be the retro episode where Lt. James T. Kirk (Paul Wesley) looks like he's Captain of a 1960s scif-fi TV show. "A Sehlat Who Ate Its Tail" looks to be a Spock episode since a sehlat is a pet he had on Vulcan. "What Is Starfleet?" and "New Life And New Civilizations" are intriguing and could be key episodes dealing with Star Trek canon and the Starship Enterprise's mission.

Our Take On Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3's Episode Titles

Strange New Worlds Continues Taking Big Swings

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' executive producers Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers were embolded by the wildly positive critical and fan response - and mainstream media attention - to Strange New Worlds season 2's "big swings" like the comedy crossover with Star Trek: Lower Decks and Star Trek's first-ever musical. Strange New Worlds season 3 looks like it will keep pushing the envelope and take Star Trek in directions it hasn't gone before, while remaining true to Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry's new frontier optimism.

Chris Fisher, Jonathan Frakes, Dan Liu, Valerie Weiss, Jordan Canning, Andrew Coutts, and Maja Vrvilo are among Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3's directors.

Fan anticipation is reaching a fever pitch as the July 17 Paramount+ premiere of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3 inches closer. Strange New Worlds is the only Star Trek show scheduled on Paramount+ in 2025, and the last new episode of Strange New Worlds premiered back in August 2023. After two years, and the cancelation of Star Trek: Discovery, Strange New Worlds is now the flagship Star Trek series. From what has been revealed thus far, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3 looks like it's worth the wait.
