🏈 Cleveland Browns rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. was arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic violence after police said he threatened his fiancee with a gun during a fight.

Hall was booked and arraigned at Avon Lake Municipal Court, said James M. Drozdowski, a public information officer with Avon Police. He posted bond and was released, the officer told The Associated Press.

🏈 Cody Benjamin of CBS Sports thinks Pat Freiermuth is ‘one of the most underrated NFL players heading into the 2024 season.

“Injuries were a nagging issue in 2023, but Freiermuth had 60 catches in each of his first two NFL seasons, growing quickly as a tough-yardage safety valve for multiple quarterbacks,” Benjamin wrote. “As long as he stays upright, he has the build and the pass-catching acumen to be a breakout target for their new signal-caller room.”

🏈 Former Steelers free safety Ryan Clark was in a Chad Johnson Cincinnati Bengals jersey during an interview with Joe Burrow on The Pivot. Clark received some ribbing on social media for donning an AFC North rivals jersey.

🏈 Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith revealed on the Pat McAfee Show that he went out for beers with Bret Michaels at Dino’s.

🏈 Rookie Jacoby Windmon balled out in his NFL debut against the Houston Texans last Friday. He received a 90.0 grade from Pro Football Focus, two stops and one forced incompletion. He was the second-highest graded rookie LB from Week 1 of the preseason.
