Tennis icons' daughter sends gift to Mike Tyson household ahead of Jake Paul fight

The daughter of the most famous couple in tennis has warmed the hearts of fans by sending a gift to the household of Mike Tyson. ‘Iron Mike’ is currently preparing for his controversial rearranged bout with Jake Paul on November 15, but it was his daughter who was actually the recipient of a present.

A kitty plushie was sent by Jaz Agassi, whose parents are Grand Slam champions Andre and Steffi Graf.

Tyson’s own daughter, Milan, is tennis obsessed and is currently embarking on her own career on the ITF Junior Circuit.

The 15-year-old took to Instagram to show off her new gift, adding the caption "@jazagassi I Iove you sm.” Jaz, 20, reposted Milan’s story and replied with "Love love love.”

Former heavyweight world champion, Tyson, 57, has never hidden his love of the racket sport. And like his daughter, he is a huge fan of the iconic Serena Williams, who has even helped set up training sessions for Milan with her former coach Patrick Mouratoglou.

The heartwarming exchange comes amid fears from boxing fans over his upcoming bout with YouTube star Paul. The clash was initially scheduled to take place in July, but was postponed on medical advice after Tyson suffered an ulcer flare up aboard a plane.

Many fans and pundits responded with relief, with the fight widely perceived to be farcical given it’s been awarded professional status by the Texas Combative Sports Program. Tyson’s last pro bout came when he was aged 38, a defeat to Irish journeyman Kevin McBride way back in June 2005.

He has since returned to the ring for an exhibition bout with Roy Jones Jnr. That clash in November 2020 ended in a draw, and the boxer who was dubbed ‘the baddest man of the planet’ has since called out a string of potential opponents.

Back in May, the pre-fight press conference between Tyson and Paul, 27, turned ugly with the fans vehemently jeering the ‘Problem Child’. He responded by vowing to KO his rival when the pair met in the squared circle.

"I hope y'all keep that same energy when I knock this old man the f*** out," he shouted at fans. "Clearly, they don't have a high IQ in here, but that's a federal crime. What I promise is Mike will be put to sleep and he will feel my power and I will go down as the man who put Tyson to sleep for the last time.

"They say he's the baddest man on the planet, so let's find out. Apparently he's the final boss. I love the biggest challenges in the world. That's what's made my whole entire career is taking big risks and I want the toughest guy out there. I want the biggest fights and making history is what I've done my whole entire career and this is no different."
