The Bachelor's Holly Kingston has opened up about the struggles of 'solo parenting' when her pilot husband Jimmy Nicholson is away.
The influencer and mum of one, 31, who welcomed her first child Lennox in December, took to Instagram on Saturday to post a sweet picture of her son with a caption that many new parents will relate to.
'I had a lot of q's the other day about how I go with a husband who's away A LOT (many of you in the same boat) and I think today was my favourite day alone with Lenny since he was born,' she wrote.
'It sounds bad but I feel like I've gotten so used to trying to "fill" the days and make time go quicker whilst Jimmy is away.'
Holly went on to reveal that most days feel 'lonely' and 'mundane' without her spouse, however she started living in the moment after realising how quickly her little one is growing up.
'I stopped thinking I needed to be somewhere else, work or tick things off the to do list,' she shared.

'We just went for a few walks and coffee dates, napped and talked goo goo gah gah all day and I had a blast.
She ended off the post: 'Like any new job or life situation, it's taken time to find my groove.'
