She kept comfortable in a pair of white trainers and bundled up amid the chilly climes with a black padded jacket with a beige lining.
Snezana showed off her fresh-faced beauty as she went make-up free for the daytime stroll and carried a hot drink in one hand.
The doting mother flashed a huge smile as she pushed Harper's pram while her other daughter Charlie, five, walked alongside her.
They appeared to have done a spot of shopping as Snezana carried a paper bag which appeared to be from a toy shop in one hand.
As well as Charlie and Harper, Snezana also shares another daughter Willow, seven, with her husband Sam Wood, 35, who she met on The Bachelor in 2015.
Snezana also has an older daughter Eve, 19, from her relationship with her first husband.
