Lindsay, 39, and the musical artist, 30, are now dating, an insider told Page Six Friday, after the pair stepped out Thursday at the Celebrities And Artists Unite At Project Angel Food's ANGEL ART 2025 at the Los Angeles venue Bonhams.

Lindsay and Jones were initially linked last last year, prior to when she finalized her divorce from Bryan Abasolo, 44.

Abasolo filed to end the marriage in January of 2024; Lindsay previously stated the divorce was 'unnecessarily messy' as the former couple did not have a prenup.

Last month, Lindsay shared her thoughts for the first time since the divorce was finalized, revealing she 'wouldn’t get married without a prenup' again.

'I'm divorced. Thank you, God,' she said on a January 10 episode of her Higher Learning podcast with Van Lathan. 'Give me some freedom music. Some freedom music.'

'From the moment he finally left the house, after being here for seven months post-separation, I felt divorced,' she added. 'I'll be honest, there's a lot I want to say.' Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay and country artist Willie Jones are in a new romance. Pictured Thursday at an event in LA

'And I really want to start rebuilding and I want to move forward. And I'm able to do that now. And that feels really, really good that I can start the process of, like, okay. Let's rebuild.'

She went on: 'I haven't talked, but I will and I'm just figuring all that out. There [are] so many things that I want to address.'

Rachel then added that she 'wouldn't get married without a prenup' again, 'but, I don't know. It's, like, changed my whole perspective on everything. I don't even know if I would get married again. I can't even, like, fathom that.'

Almost exactly one year after divorce documents were filed, Lindsay and Abasolo's marriage officially came to an end.

The former couple, who met and fell in love on Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, finalized their divorce last Tuesday, according to Page Six.

The duo did not have a prenuptial agreement and Lindsay was ordered to pay Abasolo over $13k a month in temporary spousal support over the summer.

However the latest court documents reveal Abasolo 'waives, discharges, and releases' Lindsay from 'any and all' payments she was scheduled to make in the future.

Documents obtained by Us Weekly also show that Lindsay still owes $460,229 to her ex.

Abasolo has been allowed to keep various personal items, including his wedding band, his 2021 Honda Accord, and Miami residence.

As for Lindsay, she will keep the Neil Lane engagement ring, in addition to a 2023 Porsche Macan and her home in North Hollywood.

The duo must also pay for their own attorney's fees. This order does not pertain to the $20,000 Lindsay has already paid for Abasolo's counsel, according to Page Six.

Lindsay and Abasolo met on The Bachelor in 2017 and tied the knot in 2019.

They called it quits in December 2023 after four years of marriage.

Recently, Lindsay spoke about noticing red flags in her relationship with her ex but ignoring them.

On an episode of The View, which aired on December 3, she admitted she was 'wrapped up in shame.'

Rachel Lindsay talks about her Bryan Abasolo ahead of divorce

'I know this all too well right now,' she confessed to the talk show hosts.

'For those of you who don't know, I met my ex on The Bachelor. We're currently going through a divorce right now, and it's really interesting,' she said.

'We met, we dated for two and a half years, we went and got married,' she recalled.

'And we were looked at as one of the more successful relationships that came from the show. Anywhere I went, people would ask me about my relationship,' she said.

'And you feel the public pressure to always let people know that things are great, even though behind closed doors, that might not be the case — or you're working on it, or you're having a bad day or whatever it might be.'

She continued: 'A lot of that is wrapped up in shame. You don't want to say that it fell. You're scared, you don't want people to see you in a different way.'

Lindsay has regretted not getting a prenup.

'A lot of people are like, "You're a lawyer. … Do you have a prenup?" I don't,' the reality star revealed on the Hidden Gems With Natasha Parker podcast.

She went on to explain her thought process for her inaction, revealing, 'The reason I didn't is because the place I'm in now … financially … is totally different than when I got married. We were more leveled, and I wasn't in California.'

Lindsay maintains she told her then-fiancé that she thought a prenup was a good idea, but that they weren't 'on the same page.'

In regards to it being in 'a different time' when they tied-the-knot in August 2019, she admitted she was leading more with her heart over logic.

'I didn't want it to be a bigger issue, so we didn't have one,' she added. 'Hindsight is 20/20. I would've done it.'
