The Bachelor’s Juliana Pasquarosa’s Response To Getting Called Out Shouldn’t Fix Her Public Image (But Bachelor Nation Could Fall For It)

The Bachelor sesaon 29's Juliana Pasquarosa has been trying to apologize for her behavior after the season's end by talking about personal growth, but I think she should offer a genuine apology before Bachelor Nation falls for her attempts to fix her image. Throughout The Bachelor season 29, it was clear that Grant and Juliana had a connection, but it didn't seem like he was going to choose her at the end of the season. Grant and Juliana's relationship took a turn later on in the season, and he wound up proposing to her over Litia Garr by the end.

I Don't Like The Way The Bachelor's Juliana Pasquarosa Is Handling The Post-Season (She's Coming Off Pettier Than She Should)

Grant and Juliana's relationship has been moving quickly after their time on The Bachelor came to a close. While Grant, who was invested in Litia and Juliana until the end of the season forced his hand, has been making strides in his personal journey, Juliana has been struggling to figure out how to present herself to Bachelor Nation. When she was being an authentic version of herself on camera, Juliana wasn't supportive of the other women on The Bachelor, and didn't appreciate being called out for her behavior. Juliana's working to fix things, but Bachelor Nation shouldn't fall for it.

Juliana should have to prove she's changed her tune surrounding the other women of the season before she's able to truly make amends about her behavior.

Juliana’s Poor Behavior Post-Season Hasn’t Been Pleasant To Watch

She's Been Calling Out Other Bachelor Contestants

As Juliana has moved through the post-season, she's found it hard to continue being her authentic self with so much growth on her platforms and polarity in her opinions. Juliana has called out more than one of her fellow Bachelor contestants, making it clear that she doesn't agree with the way the other women are treating Grant. Not only has Juliana opened up about her issues with Litia, she's been tough on other women from the season, as well.

While Juliana, who's also been trying to refer to her engagement to Grant as her "winning" the show, has been finding her footing in her new relationship, she's also been throwing others under the bus. Ignoring the fact that she found real love on the show, Juliana's been coming off like a very angry person as she's called out Litia and others for the way they've spoken about their time on the show. Rather than letting others have their feelings or opinions, Juliana's tried to minimize their presence, which doesn't feel fair.

Juliana Admitted She Wants To “Grow”

She Claims She's Looking To Change

The Bachelor’s Juliana Pasquarosa smiles

Though Juliana's struggled in her time after The Bachelorshe's become more open to the criticism she's faced after backlash from Bachelor Nation pushed her into a corner. Juliana opened up about wanting to grow as a person from the mistakes she's made with her public persona, and though she didn't clarify if she'd rethought her positions on anything she brought up about Litia or the other women of the season, she did seem to be expressing remorse. While Juliana may want to ultimately be a better person, she's not making a ton of sense on her apology tour.

Juliana’s Response Doesn’t Feel Authentic

She May Be Trying Too Hard

While The Bachelor's Juliana may think she's ready to change and grow after some tough comments, it's clear that she's really just looking for the sympathy of Bachelor Nation rather than their vitriol. Juliana's behavior doesn't indicate that she'd be ready to acknowledge her misstep and change her course so quickly. Though she may understand she made a mistake, The Bachelor star shouldn't get Bachelor Nation's immediate forgiveness. Juliana should have to prove she's changed her tune surrounding the other women of the season before she's able to truly make amends about her behavior.
