It's becoming increasingly clear that Jeff Ulbrich won't be the New York Jets' head coach next season.

Mike Vrabel

The former Tennessee Titans' head coach led a competitive program that produced four winning seasons and two divisional titles during his six-year tenure. He was voted the 2021 NFL Coach of the Year. As a player, Vrabel enjoyed a 14-year pro career that included three Super Bowl wins.

Kliff Kingsbury

If Johnson wants "an offensive head coach," then Kingsbury could be the choice. The 45-year-old took the 11-win Cardinals to the playoffs in 2021 before a regression sank him in 2022. After one year at Southern California, Kingsbury has returned to the NFL as the Washington Commanders' offensive coordinator and has helped rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels to a 7-3 season start.

Aaron Glenn

The former Jets' legend has evolved into an elite defensive coordinator with the Detroit Lions. Glenn, a 1994 first-round draft pick, was a ball-hawking cornerback that earned three Pro Bowl selections. New York made him a scout in 2012, and he eventually climbed his way up to the DC job under Lions' head coach Dan Campbell, helping the downtrodden franchise to the 2023 NFC Championship Game.
