TV Analyst Makes Bold Commanders Prediction

FS1's Joy Taylor has a handle on X which reads, "JoyTaylorTalks". She also is a co-host of a show called "Speak". Naturally, Taylor likes to speak and is not afraid to say what is on her mind.

After being on the sidelines for unspecified reasons, Taylor, the sister of Pro Football Hall of Fame pass rusher Jason Taylor, discussed the status of the NFC and selected her champion.

Taylor said she expects the Washington Commanders to continue their winning ways and conquer the last step and make it to the Super Bowl.

"It's hard as hell to get back to the Super Bowl. So even though I respect everything Philly has going on. If you ask me, it's Washington," Taylor said. "Lions lost too much, you lost both of your coordinators. I think they're going to take a small step back."

"I don't think that they're going to be a bad team, I still think they're going to be a playoff team. But we're talking about who's going to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl," Taylor said. "... If you're asking me right right now, it's gotta be the Commanders."

The Commanders came close in 2024 as they lost in the NFC Championship Game to the eventual Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. They have added wide receiver Deebo Samuel and left tackle Laremy Tunsil in the offseason.

It will be interesting to see how quarterback Jayden Daniels performs in his second year in the league. As far as Daniels goes, so goes the Commanders. They have certainly built a strong foundation in Washington. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
