Following a 15-2 regular season, the Kansas City Chiefs had five players selected to go to Orlando for the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Games.
As the No. 1 seed in the AFC rested during the opening round of the NFL playoffs, it appeared for a brief moment as though two of its Pro-Bowlers might not make it to the Chiefs' first playoff game — let alone the trip to Orlando.
That treacherous moment took the form of a viral video, originally captured by Ana Demmer, the girlfriend of Kansas City center Creed Humphrey.
It was later spread by Yahoo Sports and a local radio host on social media, where members of Chiefs Kingdom grew concerned over what they saw.
Humphrey and fellow offensive line Pro Bowl selection Trey Smith happened to be in the right place at the right time to help get a Kansas City local out of a tough situation.
