According to The Sun, Bravo producers fired Teddi from RHOBH because "the network [was] not impressed with her performance on the show." The source also noted that executives had "considered cutting her last season but gave her one last chance." In response, Teddi revealed in her podcast Two Ts In A Pod, alongside The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, that her firing blindsided her. She talked about receiving a flood of messages from friends and subsequently texting her manager. "So your contract is not getting renewed as a Housewife," she was told on the phone.

She Hosts Two Podcasts
This decision felt like a no-brainer decision for Bravo producers, who didn't see more potential for Teddi on RHOBH. However, she did not see this coming and didn't expect she'd be warned about it by friends outside her Hollywood bubble. Since then, Teddi has focused on podcasting, expanding her social media presence, and running her health and lifestyle program All In by Teddi. In September 2020, The Cut even criticized Teddi's dietary plan for being unreasonably intense.
Besides her lifestyle program All In by Teddi, the former reality star has started her podcast Two T's In A Pod with RHOC star Tamra. On the podcast, Teddi and Tamra recap Real Housewives shows and other Bravo series like Summer House and Vanderpump Rules. They've also had a ton of famous Bravolebrities, such as Kyle Cooke, Jackie Goldschneider, Larsa Pippen, and so many more. The podcast launched sometime in 2021 and has grown into one of the most well-known podcasts for Bravo news. Besides Two T's In A Pod, Teddi has another podcast with another RHOC star, Emily Simpson.
Their podcast, Popping Off, launched in January and has released nine episodes so far. Teddi and Emily also recap Bravo shows, mainly The Valley season 1 and Vanderpump Rules. With Teddi and Tamra's success with Two Ts In A Pod, they were able to create an empire of podcasts with IHeart Radio that includes Teddi's podcast with Emily, Talking Traitors with Tamra Judge, The Eds, Two Jersey Girls, and Ay Por Favor.

Teddi's been through several skin cancer treatments since her RHOBH days.
Teddi has been thriving professionally since being fired from RHOBH, but she's also focusing on her health. In October 2022, Teddi announced her stage 2 melanoma diagnosis. Teddi has undergone skin cancer treatment and is using her Instagram to keep her followers updated on her progress while spreading awareness about the condition. Teddi continues to be open about her battle with melanoma in 2024 and recently shared on Instagram in March a three-month scar update on a large biopsy she had done. The former RHOBH star has been through a lot these past few years, but nothing is keeping her down.

As for whether Teddi would ever return to RHOBH, thats up for debate. It's definitely a possibility, as Teddi is still good friends with Kyle Richards and keeps in touch with other RHOBH cast members like Erika Jayne and Crystal Kung Minkoff, who recently exited RHOBH. Her new podcast career may seem like it would hinder Teddi from returning, but her fellow podcast host Tamra did it with RHOC. All in all, Teddi's door to returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills isn't shut yet.
