Yankees’ Aaron Judge Catches Crazy Stray From NFL Analyst During Falcons-Saints

Aaron Judge may not live down his World Series error for quite some time after the New York Yankees fell to the Los Angeles Dodgers in five games.

Judge dropped a line drive to center field that kickstarted an inning where the Yankees allowed five unearned runs in the decisive Game 5 in New York. The Yankee captain watched his team fall after reaching their first World Series since 2009.

That error obviously rolled throughout the sports world and came up again during Week 10 of the NFL season between the Atlanta Falcons and the New Orleans Saints. Star running back Alvin Kamara dropped a pass with plenty of room to run in open space, eliminating what would have been a huge game for New Orleans.

Former tight end and FOX analyst Greg Olsen had a fitting comparison for the drop alongside play-by-play broadcaster Joe Davis, who also had the call of the Judge play as the TV voice of the World Series.

“That’s Aaron Judge dropping the ball in the fifth inning of the World Series,” Olsen said.

No matter the sport, Judge may hear about that play until he finally brings a championship to the Yankees as New York’s captain.
