Micah Parsons Ridicules Jahmyr Gibbs’ Comments About Cowboys
Micah Parsons, linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, is not going to allow anyone to talk anything dirty about the Dallas Cowboys. Quite recently, Jahmyr Gibbs, running back for the Detroit Lions, spoke about the Cowboys who are basically a $10,000,000,000 team. In Thursday’s episode of ‘Up & Adams’, Gibbs went on to say that he would “be so sick” if he were a part of the Cowboys this season.
Parsons did not take this comment about the Dallas Cowboys so well and responded sarcastically on his X account. Despite being one of the most highly funded teams, the Cowboys are ranked third in the NFC East after winning six games and losing eight so far this year. This season Parsons has put up 21 solos, along with 8.5 sacks, impressing fans and analysts.
Still, the Dallas Cowboys need to do better at this point in the season. Last time out, the Cowboys played the Carolina Panthers and won the game with a final score of 30-14. In that game, Micah Parsons managed to put up three tackles and a single sack in defense for the Cowboys.
Micah Parsons Eager To Help Jerry Jones In The Offseason
Dallas Cowboys linebacker, Micah Parsons, is quite eager to help his team during the offseason. While other NFL players have planned many other types of things during the offseason, Parsons has proposed to help Dallas’ owner, Jerry Jones during that time.
Apparently, Parsons is going to work with the team to help them manage with free agency. The linebacker wants the Dallas Cowboys to be ‘okay’ during the offseason, and ‘take big steps’. Parsons also went on to remark that he certainly does not want to be one of the highest-paid players in the team but instead wants the team to spend money to get good players for the squad.
Parsons seems to have his priorities set right and does not want to only play for money. This season, Parsons has contributed 21 solos and 8.5 sacks so far. Parsons and the Cowboys last played the Carolina Panthers and won the game, and are scheduled to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the next matchup. Currently, the Cowboys are third in the NFC East after winning six games and losing eight so far, two spots below the reigning Philadelphia Eagles.
