Do Jets Have Any Healthy Offensive Linemen?

For a team that is 3-6 on the season, the New York Jets have the kind of momentum and confidence that few teams have across the league.

What Are Your Thoughts On the Jets Offensive Line?

After beating a playoff contender like the Houston Texans last week - there's reason for optimism for New York moving forward at the very least.

The quickest way for that momentum to die, though, is if the Jets come out flat and lose to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. And the health of the team plays a key role in that conversation.

Unfortunately for New York, the health of the team isn't on great terms.

Speaking to reporters Wednesday morning, head coach Jeff Ulbrich stated that four of the team's starting offensive line would be out of practice for Wednesday as they build up and prepare for their contest on Sunday.

Alijah Vera-Tucker, John Simpson, Tyron Smith, and Morgan Moses are all expected to miss practice on Wednesday. Ulbrich did note that Moses and Smith will be able to play this week even without practice time.

There is also a chance for Simpson to return to the lineup moving forward as well.

Vera-Tucker, though, may need some more time overall.

New York is banged up along the offensive line. That isn't great news going up against a Cardinals defense that continues to improve under Jonathan Gannon and the defensive line that is 13th in the league in sacks.

So long as four of the five starters are able to play, the Jets should have a chance to win on the road. Anything less and their chances should take a significant hit.
