The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' cast member shares when she might finally move out of her Encino home.
Kyle Richards' family home in Encino has become a her sanctuary amidst the changes in her life — but she won't be living there forever. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently revealed that she does have plans for moving, eventually.
In a new interview, Kyle said that she has plans to move out of southern California and into a place with just a little bit more scenery. The mom of four told Us Weekly that in 10 years she hopes to be "surrounded by a lot of dogs."
"I probably wouldn't be living in LA full-time," she explained. "I'd be in the mountains where there's more nature — and not so much chaos!"
Kyle is a very big fan of the mountains. Not only does Kyle have a house in Aspen with mountains right outside of her door, but her Palm Springs vacation home also has the mountain range facing the backyard. No matter where she decides to settle down in the next 10 years, it's safe to say that she has plenty of options when it comes to living outside of Los Angeles.
Kyle Richards reveals how her current living situation is "sad"
Kyle currently lives in her family home with two of her daughters — 24-year-old daughter Sophia Umansky and 16-year-old daughter Portia Umansky, the latter of whom is still in high school — after her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky moved out earlier this summer. Additionally, her 28-year-old daughter Alexia Umansky moved into her own place with her boyfriend Jake Zingerman earlier in the year.
Kyle told the publication that she had a lot of feelings about this. "I was so emotional after he and Alexia both moved out," she said. "When you're a married mom of four, the house is chaotic. So it felt different. Thank God I still have two daughters at home."
And when both Portia and Sophia are out with their friends, Kyle has the company of her six dogs. But, she admitted to the publication that she does get lonely every now and then. "Sometimes I'm like, 'Wow, I didn't expect this day to come so soon.' It is sad for me," she explained. "I'm here alone with six dogs. Am I a crazy dog lady? Maybe!"
Kyle Richards says her Encino home is "irreplaceable"
But just because Kyle sees herself moving down the line doesn't mean that she is thinking of moving that timeline up at this present moment. During an August Amazon Live stream, Kyle spoke about why she has decided to stay put in her current home for the time being.
"As of now, I'm staying in this home, because this house is kind of irreplaceable," she said. "And I have a lot of dogs. I don't know where I would go with this many dogs, honestly."
