Over the years, Kyle Richards has been making major changes to her diet, workouts, drinking habits, and more. Recently, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member hopped on her Instagram Stories to share more updates on her fitness journey.

"Getting my steps in with a weighted vest," Kyle began in the photo series shared on April 6, starting with a snapshot of herself walking outside with a baseball cap, long-sleeved pink top, and weighted vest, giving her stroll more of a challenge.

Following that photo, Kyle shared another snap of a view from her fitness walk, showing off a gorgeous array of pink flowers with yellow centers, gleaming in the sun. The California mom added a "Happy Sunday" sticker to to snap, sharing her delight in the positive experience and refreshing exercise.

Kyle shared another photo of herself working out in her home gym while wearing a black sports bra and black leggings. "Then weights," she wrote over the Story, indicating that after the walk, she was incorporating more weight lifting into the Sunday routine.

Kyle Richards shares more details about her workouts

In the video above, Kyle welcomed BravoTV.com into her home gym and gave a detailed look at some of her fitness routines.

"I always have to tailor my workout to some sort of something that's bothering me," she explains. After warming up with some stretching, Kyle does some cardio, which she changes up based on the day of the week.

"I like to start working out while working, then I add in the arm weights," she noted, adding how she'll add a few punches to the mix on occasion.

While the treadmill workout starts out with a walk, she then increases it to a run at 6 miles per hour. "I try to do four to five miles per day, alternating between walking on an incline and running. I get the runners high at the one mile mark," she noted.

She then moves on to her upper body exercises, which she changes every day. But she doesn't workout alone. She always has River, her German Shepherd, to stay by her side and keep her company.

Kyle Richards opens up about her health journey over the years

In December 2023, Kyle spoke with Us Weekly to discuss the changes to her health routine, noting how not being able to work out for eight weeks after a breast reduction led to her decision to prioritize fitness.

"At the time, I was on vacation in Europe, and eating pasta and drinking wine and cocktails. By the end of the trip, I didn't recognize myself," the mom of four explained. "I had also just lost my best friend to suicide, and I wasn't taking care of myself. And [it was] making me feel more depressed. So after we left, I said, 'That's it. I'm not going to have bad carbs — no sugar, no pasta, no bread, no alcohol. And I'm going to work out every single day."
