Lisa Rinna Accuses RHOBH Costar of Buying Bots to Destroy QVC Business, Talks “Biggest Reason” She Quit Show

Lisa Rinna and her husband, Harry Hamlin, spoke of how trolls impacted their QVC business on a recent episode of their podcast.

As Lisa, 61, also shared the “biggest reason” she quit her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and looked back at the death threats she received from fans, she accused one of her former cast members of being “in charge” of the trolls as she and Harry, 73, admitted that QVC executives were shocked at the backlash Lisa received.

“It’s incredible — the number of trolls that are created by that show. We had a huge business on QVC destroyed by trolls,” Harry revealed on Let’s Not Talk About the Husband, via Bye Wig Hello Drama on Instagram.

“Well, it wasn’t really destroyed by trolls, but they came after us and we had to, like, make some phone calls and sh*t,” Lisa clarified.

According to Harry, the corporate people at QVC had “never seen anything like” the “negativity” they saw from the trolls that were coming after Lisa due to the drama playing out on RHOBH.

“They got scared,” Lisa admitted. “But remember, there was someone in charge of those trolls, and we had to address it, and we did.”

“There was somebody on the show that had an army of trolls that they unleashed on you,” Harry replied as they stayed mum on the identity of said cast member.

Because of the massive amount of hate she began receiving after she was no longer a fan favorite, Lisa quit the show in January 2023.

“That’s probably the biggest reason why I’m no longer there — because of the fanbase and where it went. It’s not worth it. That’s why I left,” she explained. “I had quite a lot of death threats if you remember the last season. It just got to be too much because I had lost my mom and I was in a great stage of grief and it was just too much.”

“It was too f*cking much. I couldn’t do it,” she added.

As RHOBH fans will recall, Lisa confirmed her exit from the show over two years ago after starring on the series for eight seasons.

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series,” she told PEOPLE at the time. “It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
