While preparing to ring in 2025, the reality TV personality, 61, enjoyed a massage and took to Instagram to share a photo of herself after disrobing and before getting on the table.
She paid attention to protect her modesty with carefully placed star emojis on her boobs and a '2025 Happy New Year' sticker to shield her nether region.
'Out with the Old,' she wrote alongside the sultry snap and a partying face emoji. 'In with the New!'
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum — who grabbed breakfast with her former co-star, Kyle Richards, amid the ongoing feuds on the current season of the hit Bravo series — appeared to be makeup-free and had her short pixie hair styled in a messy, voluminous 'do.
This comes just months after she showed off her birthday suit and shared a completely nude selfie while marking her 61st over the summer.
Her latest risqué Instagram post was accompanied by Auld Lang Syne by Guy Lombardo & His Royal Canadians for the year end celebrations.
Earlier this year, while celebrating her 61st birthday in July, the Bravo star — who is no stranger to showing off her sexy, topless snaps — posted a similar selfie before quickly deleting it.
While celebrating the New Year last year, she also posted a similar nude selfie with her naked body partially covered by animated stickers.
Back in July 2023, she posted the photo for the first time and said she drew inspiration from Catherine O'Hara's character on Schitt's Creek.
'Moira Rose says you should take as many naked pics of yourself while you still can and celebrate it,' she wrote alongside the snap.
Meanwhile, her husband Harry Hamlin also posted a New Year's Eve post in preparation for 2025.
Rather than a revealing snap, however, he posted a video teasing a new addition to his pasta sauce line, Harry's Famous Sauces.
'I just wanted to say Happy New Year and also let you know that we got a little something special coming out in the New Year,' he said.
Their youngest child, daughter Amelia, 23, reposted the video to her Instagram Story and wrote: 'Awwww daddddd.'
In addition to Amelia, Rinna and Hamlin also share daughter Delilah, 26.
Hamlin is also a father to son Dimitri, 44, whom he shares with his ex Ursula Andress.
He dated Andress from 1979 to 1983, welcoming their son together in 1980.
The actor, 73, was previously married to his first wife Laura Johnson from 1985 to 1989, then his second wife Nicollette Sheridan from 1991 to 1992.
Hamlin and Rinna were first romantically linked a few months after meeting in 1992. After five years of dating, they tied the knot in 1997.
