Micah Parsons Is Fired Up About His NCAA Tournament Bracket

Like a lot of other athletes, Dallas Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons made a bracket for this year's NCAA Tournament.

Parsons got off to a great start with his picks, going 6-0 with the first six games that finished. He was fired up about it on Twitter/X.

"Micah knows ball," he tweeted.

It then appeared that Parsons lost his perfect bracket after VCU lost to BYU because he wasn't included in the next tweet from the NCAA March Madness.

Despite that loss, Parsons is off to a great start and is doing better than most of the fans and players who submitted brackets.

Half of Thursday's first-round games are over now that Gonzaga just beat Georgia. Gonzaga will play Houston in the second round on Saturday.

The second half of Thursday's games are now underway with Tennessee taking on Wofford. The other seven will start later in the evening.

Parsons is coming off his fourth season with the Cowboys and didn't make the playoffs for the first time in his career. He finished the year with 43 total tackles, 12 sacks, two forced fumbles, and a pass defended.

He hopes to help lead the Cowboys back to the playoffs in 2025 after they only won seven games in 2024.

In the meantime, he'll keep watching the rest of the NCAA Tournament games and hope that his bracket continues to go in his favor. The first round will continue on Friday before the second round starts on Saturday and continues into Sunday.

The Sweet 16 and Elite Eight will then take place late next week and into next weekend.
