Packers TE Tucker Kraft has been one of the most interesting players to watch for the Green Bay Packers over the past two years. From his on-field performances to his unhinged personality, Kraft has caught the attention of fans and teammates alike.
Kraft has continued to develop and brings a valuable presence to the locker room. In 2024, he recorded 70 catches for 707 yards and seven touchdowns, firmly establishing himself as the Packers’ top option at tight end.
On Tuesday, he appeared on the 2025 Tailgate Tour and took time to speak with reporters, sharing his thoughts on life in Green Bay and what it means to be part of the team.
"I landed right exactly where I needed to be," Kraft said. "Green Bay, being the smallest city for a franchise to be in, happens to be the largest city I’ve ever lived in; very happy about that."
When asked about his return to Green Bay, Kraft gave a simple, honest answer: "I don't know. I live here full time."
He is expected to take on a bigger role in Green Bay’s offense moving forward, and he’s also ready to handle more responsibility off the field. On locker room cleanout day, following the Packers’ 22-10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round, Kraft said he plans to step up as a leader next season. With such a young roster, the more willing voices stepping up, the better it is for the team’s growth and direction.
Tucker Kraft feels acclimated to the city of Green Bay and its community. If he continues to play at the level he did in 2024, the Packers will likely look to make him one of the highest-paid tight ends in the league—and ensure he remains a key part of both the team and the community for at least four more years.
