She's one of the original fan favorites from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
But Adrienne Maloof was branded 'unrecognizable' by fans after sharing a new photo of herself to social media last week.
The 63-year-old had much smoother skin than usual along with plumper lips.
'Who is this?' asked one follower, while another wrote, 'Is Adrienne in the room with us now?'
'Thought this was Tana Mongeau,' wrote a third, who was referring to the 27-year-old YouTube star.
Another fan went as far as to tag photo editing app FaceTune in the comments section.
This isn't the first time that Maloof has been accused of touching up one of her photos.
Back in April, the former reality star raised eyebrows after sharing a family photo to Instagram.
She has a suspiciously smooth visage in the image and her makeup almost looked like a painting or cartoon.
Fans were quick to point out her youthful appearance, with one gushing, 'You look 12. Wow!'
Another wrote, 'I’ve seen toddlers look older than you. QUEEN!'
'Omg Adrienne you look 14 how do you do it,' asked a third.
Adrienne was part of the original cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
She departed the series after three seasons, but has returned for various guest appearances over the years.

'She took a page out of Ramona’s book,' joked one, while another wrote, 'Sponsored by FaceTune!'
Another added, 'Filtering yourself but not the boys is diabolical lol but I respect it.'
Meanwhile, filming is currently underway on the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Earlier this month, fashion designer Rachel Zoe, 53, confirmed that she will be making her grand return to the Bravo network as a full time star on the series.
The former celebrity stylist notably had her own show called The Rachel Zoe Project which aired on Bravo from 2008-2013 for a total of five seasons.
'It's official. I am coming back to Bravo,' Zoe announced on Instagram. 'I am joining the cast of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.'
She continued, 'It's been a while and you've been asking me to come back to television.
'And I said when the stars align or it makes sense or I have enough to say to share with all of you, and now is the time.'
