Brandi Glanville posted a horrifying video of herself on an emphatic drainage machine on X earlier this week amid her ongoing battle against her facial disfigurement.
Months after the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum confirmed she had met with Dr. Terry Dubrow, 66, the plastic surgeon husband of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, 56, Brandi took to social media with the clip as she also confirmed Terry, who previously suspected she may be suffering from a mycobacterium or a fungus, had taken four biopsies from her face and neck.
“Ok so about [five] years ago the boys [and] I had black mold poisoning from a toxic house we lived in we got a six figure settlement buuuuuut this is CRAZY! I’m on my emphatic drainage machine,” she wrote in the caption of the January 31 video, telling Dr. Terry, “Let’s get this f*cker.”
Meanwhile, in the clip, as she was seen uncontrollably shaking, Brandi said, “Wow, it’s like a f*cking thing.”
“I will shake for the rest of my life if this thing gets out of my body,” she added.

After sharing the upsetting clip, the former RHOBH cast member was met with sympathy from her many fans and followers online.
“Girl I’m absolutely horrified for you. Sending prayers [and] well wishes,” one person wrote.
Another said, “Brandi this is so sad and so scary. I’m so sorry.”
“We love you Brandi, it looks like you’re in the best hands!” added a third.
Then, in a second post on X, Brandi revealed she was waiting for the results of her biopsy.
“Yes guys [Dr. Terry Dubrow] took 4 tiny [biopsies] from my face and neck so we can continue to get better … ez pz no pain I was in and out on 30 minutes now we wait,” she shared.
Speaking to TMZ in December, Terry admitted he was concerned about “an infectious process or a foreign body reaction” to something Brandi had injected.”
“It’s not going to be a parasite. It’s not going to be from something she ate. It’s gonna be from something that got into her bloodstream and seeded, maybe, some foreign body,” he explained. “They can be very difficult to treat and can take six to 12 months of antibiotics to treat. She probably needs surgical intervention to get a piece of tissue and figure out what’s going on.”
Weeks later, on her Unfiltered podcast, Brandi said Terry had informed her that it could take up to “five years” before her face gets back to normal and revealed she’d decided, at that time, not to work with him.
“I want to run tests, and I wanna get another MRI and another CAT scan and do all the things. I wanna get to the bottom of this. I just don’t wanna guess at what it is. I have four different opinions from these four different great doctors of what it could possibly be … So if they’re perplexed, I’m perplexed, and there is no answer right now, you know? That’s it,” she concluded.
