Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson will make his second consecutive primetime start against the New York Giants on "Monday Night Football" in Week 8.
Wilson made his dominant debut with the Steelers on "Sunday Night Football" last week. He completed 16-of-29 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns, along with a rushing score, during the Steelers' 35-17 win over the New York Jets.
The 35-year-old quarterback's wife, Ciara, jetted back from a show in Saudia Arabia on Friday to make it back to Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh to see her husband's big game on Sunday.
While the "Goodies" singer is expected to be at the Meadowlands for the Steelers-Giants showdown on Oct. 28, Ciara announced that she has big plans the following night.
Ciara revealed she's leaning into her civic duty and traveling to the battleground state of Georgia for the "When We All Vote" rally. The mother of four wrote, "ATL!! see you all there Tuesday! #WhenWeAllVote."
The nonpartisan rally, headlined by former First Lady Michelle Obama, looks to mobilize first-time voters to the ballot box for the Nov. 5 presidential election, per the "When We All Vote" press release.
Ciara, who celebrated her 39th birthday earlier this week, hasn't been shy about with which candidate she's voting for in the 2024 election. The R&B star teamed up with Kerry Washington and Brian Tyree Henry to endorse for Vice President Kamala Harris on Oct 26.
The trio posted a video on Instagram with the caption, "HOT TO VOTE 🔥🗳️ #HarrisWalz." Ciara commented, "Let’s Go!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽."
