Steelers CB Joey Porter Jr.'s reaction to finding soda in his bag is priceless

There is no greater feeling in the world than when you find something good that you weren't expecting to find, and Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr. experienced that after the Week 1 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Fresh off a game in which Porter Jr. notched three tackles in an 18-10 win over the Falcons, he was digging through his bag in the locker room when he came across a can of Sprite.

Safe to say, Porter Jr. was quite excited with the treasure he found in his bag after a long grueling game against the Falcons, and luckily it was all caught on camera, albeit by accident.

A truly great find by Alan Saunders of Steelers Now, who spotted Porter Jr. getting hyped about his soda in the background of this video of a DeShon Elliott interview.

What a priceless reaction. That was borderline "like a kid on Christmas morning" excitement coming from the second-year cornerback.

Let's not get into how unhealthy soda is. Besides, Porter Jr. can afford a vice or two in his diet with how much he works out by playing football. The rest of us mere mortals would gain 10 pounds from that one can.

The only thing that could possibly get the young cornerback more excited is the fact that his team began the 2024 campaign with a win. It wasn't pretty, but the Steelers will certainly take it.

Making the win even sweeter than soda was the fact that the Steelers were the only AFC North team to notch a victory in Week 1.

The Baltimore Ravens lost to the Kansas City Chiefs, Deshaun Watson stunk once again in the Cleveland Browns' loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and the Cincinnati Bengals were awful in their loss to the New England Patriots.

Enjoy that soda, young man.
