Pittsburgh Steelers OTAs began on Monday, and there were plenty of storylines to follow. While talk has surrounded Cameron Heyward in his absence in the midst of a contract dispute, fans were fired up to see their new-look roster in Steelers gear.
Steelers media posted clips of new quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, but one Steelers OTAs video clip is going viral. On Day 1 of OTAs, T.J. Watt effortlessly upturned the sled like he was swatting a mosquito.

This clip was posted by the official Pittsburgh Steelers social media account on 'X' (formerly known as Twitter). Within the first 24 hours of the video dropping, it had been viewed by over 245,000 people.

Watt has a tendency to draw a crown. The four-time First-Team All-Pro defender has made the Pro Bowl in six straight seasons since his 2018, and he ran away with Defensive Player of the Year honors following his 22.5-sack season in 2021 (which tied Michael Strahan for the all-time single-season record.
Early in the new year, Watt's name was at the center of controversy as many fans believed he was snubbed from earning his second DPOY -- an award that ultimately fell to rival Myles Garrett. Watt led the NFL with 19.0 sacks last season while forcing 4 fumbles, recording 36 QB hits, and earning a defensive touchdown.
T.J. Watt has been the face of the franchise since Ben Roethlisberger retired, and he's the consensus top player on the Pittsburgh Steelers roster. Tipping over a sled at OTAs isn't something that only Watt can do, but it shows you just how excited fans are to see one of their favorite players back in action on the football field.
Steelers OTAs are voluntary, so it's nice to see Watt take the field with his new teammates. Pittsburgh's Organized Team Activities run through Thursday, June 6th, so we can expect to see plenty more viral videos over the next week.
