Terminal List Season 2 Casts The Last Of Us Star As Filming Begins Very Soon

The Terminal List season 2 gets a new update, confirming that an actor from The Last of Us has joined the cast. Based on the Jack Carr novel series and hailing from showrunner David DiGilio, the hit Prime Video TV show premiered in 2022. Chris Pratt leads the cast as James Reece, a Navy SEAL who works to uncover a far-reaching conspiracy after his whole team is killed while on a mission. Variety now reports that Gabriel Luna has joined the cast of The Terminal List season 2 as a recurring guest star. Luna, who plays Tommy in HBO's The Last of Us, will play Freddy Strain in the Prime Video series. Strain's role in season 2 is described as follows:

The casting news accompanies a brief reveal about season 2's production timeline, with filming expected to get underway in the next few weeks. The report also notes that Terminal List season 2 is based on Carr's True Believer novel, the second in the series. Filming on the spinoff, Terminal List: Dark Wolf, has already been completed, Variety reports, but that show doesn't yet have a release date.

Audiences shouldn't expect to see season 2 hit Prime Video this year.
