Texans GM Nick Caserio makes a move at the deadline but it's not at all what the fan base wanted

The Houston Texans needed to make a trade at the deadline. However, they needed a trade for offensive line help, and maybe a receiver since they have now lost Stefon Diggs for the season. Unfortunately, they didn't get any.

This upset the fan base, as everyone was begging general manager Nick Caserio, who is usually pretty active, especially as of late but just in the offseason, to make some moves. Caserio stuck with what he has and appears to think that's going to be okay.

But, they did make one move, it just wasn't what fans wanted.

The Texas traded away defensive tackle Khalil Davis to the San Francisco 49ers right at the buzzer. In return, the Texans get a seventh-round pick and a freed-up roster spot that they desperately needed to bring back Jeff Okudah and Jerry Hughes.

This is the 49ers second time in the last year or so, trading for a Houston defensive lineman.

The Texans should have been active, but they really didn't do anything. They will play the Detroit Lions next before they play the Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans next.
