The Bachelor's Juliana Pasquarosa Should Never Have Been Cast (Her Post-Show Behavior Is Concerning - Will She & Grant Actually Get Married?)

Grant Ellis struggled as the lead of The Bachelor season 29, and his problems only grew after his engagement to Juliana Pasquarosa. Grant had a difficult time forming connections during the season, but the competition picked up during the group’s trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. He and Juliana shared a magical date in a castle, with Juliana gushing about how he made her feel like a princess. From that moment on, Juliana was a clear front-runner.

Why The Bachelor's Grant Ellis And His Fiancée Juliana Pasquarosa Refused To Watch The Finale

Unfortunately, Grant was also falling in love with Litia Garr. While Litia was everything Grant envisioned in a wife, his heart drew him to Juliana. Juliana related to many of Grant’s past challenges, including loneliness and having a family member with addiction. Grant agonized over his decision, but in the end, he chose Juliana. Although the two seemed blissfully happy following their engagement, Juliana’s behavior changed after The Bachelor season 29 ended.

Is Juliana Acting Out After Grant's Proposal?

She’s Battling Her Former Costars

After winning Grant’s heart, Juliana appeared to shed her nice-girl exterior. During the finale, Litia called Grant out for leading her on and allowing her to think an engagement was imminent. The following day, during a joint appearance with Grant on Entertainment Tonight, Juliana appeared to gaslight Litia by saying, “Her perception is her reality.”

Many viewers took Litia’s side, and Juliana became defensive. Juliana liked several social media posts disparaging Litia and posted a TikTok in which she stated, “You don’t have to care for me.” Juliana made an even bigger statement with the name of her new clothing line, Nice Girls Label. While Juliana cited her late Nonna as the inspiration for the name, the timing of the launch makes it appear that Juliana is playing into the media frenzy surrounding her behavior.

Juliana's Feuds Are Getting Heated

Her Former Castmates Are Icing Her Out

Juliana and Litia have been sparring ever since After The Final Rose after Litia stated Juliana should have questions for Grant after watching the finale. Juliana brushed off Litia’s remarks by claiming she didn’t need to watch the finale because Grant had already told her everything. Juliana revisited the matter on The Viall Files, sharing that Litia’s attack caught her off guard because the two had remained close after filming. Juliana said Litia’s actions “have not been the kindest” and agreed that the situation was “mean girlish.”

Juliana has also been on shaky ground with Carolina Sofia Quixano since the two initially clashed on The BachelorCarolina posted a diss track slamming Grant and Juliana, referring to Grant as a “sheep in lone wolf’s clothing.” Juliana addressed the song on The Viall Files, commenting, “I had to shut it off after like five seconds because I was cringing to my core.” Meanwhile, the season 29 cast has largely been supportive of Litia, leaving Juliana to fend for herself.

Will Grant & Juliana Tie The Knot?

Neither Seems Ready To Fully Commit

Grant and Juliana are taking their time with wedding planning, which is unsurprising after they hesitated to commit on The Bachelor. Grant was drawn to Juliana because, unlike Litia, she wasn’t putting pressure on their relationship. While the couple intends to spend time getting to know each other before tying the knot, they have already discussed a few wedding details. Grant and Juliana envision a destination wedding in Italy, living it up and celebrating with their families.

Grant second-guessing his decision until the last minute certainly doesn’t boost confidence in his future with Juliana. It seems probable their engagement will drag on, during which time couples can drift apart if they lack a solid foundation. Based on Juliana’s behavior after The Bachelor season 29 ended, it wouldn’t be surprising if Grant began to rethink their relationship.
