The Life Uncut host, 38, manages to juggle her hectic podcasting career alongside raising two young daughters.

And she admitted the secret to successfully managing both her busy professional and personal life was not being afraid to ask for help.

'It comes down to help and being okay with taking help. My mother-in-law lives with us and she is a huge help with the girls. I also have a team of 19 employees across two businesses.'

The former Bachelor star is married to her 2017 co-star Matty 'J' Johnson and they share two daughters - Marlie-Mae, five, and Lola, three.

She added her husband Matty was an enormous help around the house and that she wouldn't be able to achieve what she does without him.

'He does 50 per cent of the parenting duties. He cooks, cleans and also has no issues organising the admin around the kids' lives, like daycare tuition, doctors appointments.'

Laura said that having children is such an important milestone which can make or break a relationship - and fortunately, doing so made things stronger with Matty.

'It adds a whole new dimension of stress and selflessness to your relationship that you never had to consider prior to parenthood' she said.

'For us, becoming parents really solidified what an amazing team we make.'

Laura and Matty finally tied the knot in 2022, five years after meeting on The Bachelor.

They are one of the most successful couples to come out of the show, but the brunette beauty told the I've Got News For You podcast it almost didn't happen because she got 'cold feet' the day before filming was set to begin in 2017.

'I had a complete change of heart and didn't rock up for filming,' she admitted.

'If you're selected, you get given a time and location, and it's a secret time and secret location, to try and throw off paparazzi,' she explained.

'Mine was a pick-up location in Alexandria in some random park at 3pm, and you're supposed to rock up with all your suitcases and a bus will come and collect you.

'And I remember 3pm came and went and I was sitting at home and hadn't packed a bag. I just had a complete change of heart. I really didn't want to do it; I was worried about what it would look like vying for a man's attention on a reality TV show.'

She then got a call from producers who gave her until 10am the next day to decide and she had a dream that night which made her change her mind once again.

Since meeting, Matty and Laura have become parents to two beautiful daughters.

They welcomed Marlie-Mae in 2019, followed by Lola in February, 2021. The pair got engaged while on holiday in Fiji in April 2018.
