On Wednesday, Sony released the first official images from scenes that will be in Season 2. And some fans weren't too thrilled.
The reason for the discontentment was the appearance of Bella Ramsey as "Ellie". Ellie is 19 years old in the second video game and has an appearance that makes her look much older than in the original.
Ramsey is actually 20 years old in real life, but she looks way younger than that. That appears to have rubbed some diehards the wrong way.
Ramsey was stellar as Ellie in the first season, so fans will just have to give her a chance to sway them when the second season comes out. It's slated to drop sometime in 2025.
