Tom Brady’s Pregame Interaction with Aidan Hutchinson is Turning Heads

Tom Brady is in his first season as a full-time announcer for Fox Sports, joining play-by-play analyst Kevin Burkhardt. Each week, he seems to make his rounds on the field pregame, and he did just that ahead of the massive divisional round showdown between the No. 1 seed Detroit Lions and the No. 6 seed Washington Commanders.

Brady was spotted having an intensive conversation with fellow Michigan Wolverines alum and Lions star pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson, who is sidelined for Saturday night's game as he continues to rehab the gruesome leg injury he suffered on Oct. 13.

Hutchinson was one of the first players on the field pregame, ramping up his rehab process, when he crossed paths with one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history.

As one of the top pass rushers in the league, Hutchinson's absence has been felt by the Detroit defense. However, the Lions have managed to remain one of the best teams in the NFL.

With a win over the Commanders, they would reach the NFC Championship for the second consecutive year - a feat that could also pave the way for Hutchinson's return. He has left the door open for a comeback if the Lions make it to the Super Bowl.

"All I remember thinking is just, one, I'm not gonna be able to play in the Super Bowl," Hutchinson said on "The Squeeze" podcast on Dec. 18. "And two, this season, I was on this defensive-player-of-the-year track. Everything got ripped away from me."
