Zach Wilson's Fiancée Sends Farewell Message to Denver After NFL Playoffs

After spending the first three seasons of his career with the New York Jets, former No. 2 overall pick Zach Wilson found himself as a third-string quarterback for the Denver Broncos following an offseason trade.

In his first year with Denver this past season, Wilson was unable to get any game action as he sat behind rookie quarterback Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham in the pecking order.

At this point, it's very much possible that Wilson's time with the Broncos has come to an end. He's going to be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason, and it remains to be seen if Denver has any intention of offering him a contract extension.

On Tuesday, Wilson's fiancée, Nicolette Dellano, took to Instagram to send a farewell message following Denver's season-ending loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

"bye for now👋🥰" she wrote, geo-tagging Denver, Colorado in her post.

Dellano, who, according to People, has been dating Wilson since 2022, appears to have hinted at what the future holds for her and the former BYU star QB.

It's possible that her farewell message pertains to a temporary departure from Denver now that the season is officially over for the Broncos. However, the fact that Wilson could be parting ways with the team this offseason potentially makes this a final goodbye.

Wilson remained on the bench for Sunday's disappointing 31-7 blowout loss against the Bills. At stake was a spot in the Divisional Round, which Buffalo has now claimed as they prepare to take on Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in the next round.

At this point, it would not be surprising if the 25-year-old has already donned the Broncos uniform for the last time.
