A second snap from the shoot captured the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum dousing her chest with water.
Another suggestive snap from the shoot featured a seemingly nude Lisa posing atop a car, her entire body blurred out as she kicked one leg up into the air, her feet encased in neon green heels.
Other snaps showed her putting on a busty display as she donned a pink wig along with a recreation of a newspaper ad for an adult phone line featuring Rinna.
Posting photos from the shoot to their account, King Kong captioned the post: '"A slutty porn star at home on a Tuesday" —that’s right!
